About Me

Hi I am Sydney Porter and here are a few words about me. I am a mom of one son.

I have been interested in photography since 2017. Got my first DSLR for Christmas and started from there.

Since then I have studied the craft of photography and the art of lighting, by reading, taking classes, the internet and above all else, just shooting and learning from photographers I have worked with.

Throughout the years I have photographed everything from landscapes to weddings, including events and everything in between. After experiencing different types of photography I discovered that I received the most enjoyment from creating images of Seniors and portraits in general. I believe the reason has something to do with the challenge of finding every individuals interests are and trying to create images that reflect their individuality.
