FAQ

Where are you based and do you travel?

I'm Tennessee based and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place.

When will we get our photos?

Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 3-4 weeks. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them and also order prints!

How many pictures will we receive?

For 5 hours of coverage you will receive 80-150 fully edited images. For a 8 hours coverage wedding, you will receive between 115-200 fully edited images. If you pick the all day package you will receive 200-300 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity. I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.

What about engagement sessions? Bridal sessions? Albums? Prints?

Engagement sessions are included in the Rose and Gold packages. A engagement or bridal session can be added onto the Silver package for a discounted price. A bridal session could be added onto the Rose package as well, also for a discounted price. Silver package comes with 10 prints, Rose package comes with 15 prints and the Gold session comes with 30 prints. Albums can be added on. A disk with all images will be included with all packages.

What is your payment and refund policy?

After you make the 1/3 retainer payment. The remaining 2/3 would be due the day of the wedding. This is so you will not get hit with a lump sum payment when other vendors might be doing that very thing. Cash and check are accepted. Refunds are not available unless something comes up on my end and I can not meet your needs.
